Position Summary
We are seeking a reliable and organized Reception / Fuel Administrator to join our Lloydminster team. This individual will play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, delivering outstanding customer service, and supporting our growing cardlock and fuel management programs.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Reception & Office Administration
- Greet and assist visitors, answer incoming calls, and direct inquiries professionally.
- Manage mail, couriers, and general office organization.
- Maintain a clean, welcoming, and efficient front-office environment.
- Provide administrative support to management and other departments as needed.
Fuel & Cardlock Administration
- Process new client onboarding applications for fuel and fleet programs.
- Set up and maintain customer accounts in our fuel management system.
- Train new clients on how to use Nexus fleet and fuel management software.
- Coordinate and track the distribution of fuel cards.
- Support customers with card or account inquiries, PIN resets, and account updates.
- Monitor cardlock transactions, ensure data accuracy, and reconcile any account discrepancies.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in an administrative, reception, or customer service role (preferred).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Comfortable using computers and learning new software systems.
- Professional, friendly, and customer-focused attitude.
- Experience in the fuel, logistics, or transportation industry is an asset but not required.
