Currently looking for a result driven store manager with a passion for people and fashion.
Experience in leading a team of 6-8 employees.
Responsibilities:
Oversee all aspects of the store's success, beginning with our most valuable resource-our team.
Responsible for hiring, training, and developing the team to maintain customer satisfaction and operational excellence.
Lead the team in securing a positive and inclusive in-store experience for all, in accordance with the company's standards and values.
Achieve all objectives-sales, operations, customer care, visual merchandising, loss prevention along with all company standards through a well lead team.
