This position works mainly out of the Mic Mac Mall Store; however, occasionally throughout the year, you will have the opportunity to work events such as golf tournmanets, HFX Buskers Festival, HFX Evergreen Festival, football games, basketball games, and many more If you're ready to experience what the east coast means - apply

As a Retail Sales Associate, you will:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service with East Coast hospitality.
  • Welcome every customer and make meaningful connections.
  • Share the story behind East Coast Lifestyle and promote our products.
  • Help customers make confident choices with your energy and product knowledge.
  • Process sales transactions using our POS system.
  • Assist with merchandising and keeping the store looking its best.
  • Contribute to our fun, positive team culture and events.
  • Be comfortable representing the brand on social media.

  • Outgoing, energetic, and positive personality.
  • Strong people skills and a passion for customer service.
  • Motivated self-starter who loves working with a team.
  • Comfortable being on and creating content for social media.
  • Dependable with evening and weekend availability.
  • Eligible to work in Canada.

Skills and Qualifications: Listening, Customer Service, Ability to lift 25 lbs, Ability to Communicate with Management via phone or text, Meet Sales Goals, Verbal Communication, Teamwork.
