We have an opening for an Event Account Manager to join the MDRN Creative Group team full-time.
MDRN Creative Group is an experiential marketing company specializing in immersive photo and video activations for large-scale brand events and weddings. We help PR agencies, internal marketing teams, and wedding planners transform events into unforgettable moments through creative and cinematic experiences that drive ROI and results. .
We're looking for a fast, organized, and creative account manager who loves events, thrives under pressure, and understands how to turn client goals into reality.

What You'll Be Doing
- Managing incoming leads and closing new business opportunities.
- Preparing proposals, pricing events, and coordinating client logistics.
- Following up and nurturing both new and existing client relationships.
- Liaising between clients and internal teams to ensure smooth communication and flawless event execution.
- Managing project timelines, event files, and communication threads in Slack, ClickUp, and shared drives.
- Attending client meetings (virtual and in-person) and select live events.
- Providing exceptional customer service and creative input on event concepts.
- Staying informed on company services and keeping clients up to date on new offerings.
Skills You'll Need
- Strong organizational and project management skills with impeccable attention to detail.
- Clear and confident communication skills — both written and verbal.
- Ability to pivot quickly and manage multiple priorities without dropping the ball.
- Comfort conducting client calls and video meetings.
- A proactive, resourceful approach — you anticipate problems before they happen.
- Calm under pressure and motivated by deadlines.
- Highly proficient in Slack, ClickUp, Notion, Gmail, Google Workspace, and similar tools.
- A keen eye or design and aesthetics
We'd Love You to Have
- 3+ years of experience in corporate events, marketing, experiential, or agency environments.
- A background in project management or event coordination.
- Experience working directly with clients and cross-functional teams.
- A love for events, design, and delivering memorable experiences.
An Average Week Might Look Like
Monday: Attend the team meeting, review past events, share KPI progress, and recap wins and lessons learned. Respond to weekend inquiries and client emails. Provide clients with event wrap up emails from the weekend.
Tuesday: Respond to client requests, Prepare proposals, Attend the sales meeting to go over A/R, Pipeline and talk through concepts for clients, Send out timelines, interact on :inkedin.
Wednesday: Send out proposals, Clients calls, Work on outreach on Linkedin, Ideat the perfect activation for a client with your team. Connect with design on creating mock ups, Reply to clients.
Thursday: Respond to clients, client meetings, Attend the sales meeting to go over A/R, Pipeline and talk through concepts for clients, Prepare the monthly outreach with the team to go out next week. Follow ups on leads
Friday: Manage leads and follow-ups, send proposals, attend client meetings, and coordinate event details with the internal team and subcontractors. Prepare for upcoming activations and ensure every client touchpoint is covered. Make sure all events for the weekend are up to date and ready to execute.

- Salary: $50,000–$60,000 based on experience.

- Hybrid: Work from home. Please note this job requires reliable Wi-Fi connection (minimum 100 Mbps up / 50 Mbps down). You will be required to attend some events in person. Minimum of 1 per month.
