Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Account Manager to join our team.

In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. Your primary responsibilities will include addressing customer inquiries, ensuring smooth cross functional collaboration with clients and technical staff, and promoting our products and services.

Responsibilities

  • Complete billing cycles through our file management system and Quickbooks.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
  • Provide accurate information regarding products and services.
  • Assist customers with order placements, modifications, and cancellations.
  • Resolve customer complaints efficiently and professionally.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Upsell additional products or services based on customer needs.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure all orders are efficiently completed to the customers' satisfaction.
  • Follow company policies and procedures to ensure compliance.

Skills

  • Proficient in Quickbooks, Microsoft Office Suite, CRM system
  • Experience in print, sign, promotional items industry is preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong customer service orientation with the ability to empathize with customers.
  • Proficient phone etiquette and active listening skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Proficient in data entry and using customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
  • A positive attitude and the ability to work well in a team environment.
