Busy Solar Company seeking qualified and experienced Office Administrator
Responsibilities
The Office Administrator interacts with clients and company representatives to handle a variety of pre-sales/installations or post-sales/installations service.
- Receive and respond to client inquiries (including telephone messages)
- Manage installation schedule and workflow.
- Create estimates and maintain client application files.
- Basic QuickBooks data entry.
- Invoicing
- Timesheet preparation
- Provide customers with product and service information
- Identify and escalate priority issues
Qualifications
- High School degree or equivalent; associates degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of related experience is required.
- Highly computer literate with strong knowledge of OfficeSuite or Google Docs
- Experience with QuickBooks
- Bilingual preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to follow up
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently to meet strict deadlines

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 36 – 40 per week
