Overview
The AP Admin contributes to the success of PepsiCo Beverages Canada by providing general administrative support for the Moncton Plant. The ideal candidate will be highly skilled and highly energetic, while possessing problem solving skills and the ability to work autonomously.

Responsibilities

  • Create a welcoming and warm environment for PepsiCo Beverage visitors and contractors
  • Answer and direct incoming call in a professional and pleasant manner
  • Create presentations in PowerPoint and manage office communications
  • Manage all incoming and outgoing mail
  • Lead Accounts Payable for the plant operations, excluding maintenance
  • Sends POs to vendors once requisition is approved by management team
  • Maintains accurate tracking of all POs issued every period and of open requisitions
  • Receive invoices and track spending against monthly maintenance/manufacturing budget
  • Assist in document management, e.g. health and safety training logs
  • Assist with onboarding of hourly and salaried employees
  • Assist in location specific initiatives, including organizing employee events and liaising with internal and external service providers
  • Perform general administrative support work such as running reports, managing scorecards, filing, etc.
  • Maintain and order office supplies
  • Other tasks as directed by the management team

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of administrative experience required
  • Successful completion of an administrative/office management program preferred
  • Successful completion of high school diploma required
  • Experience in Accounts Payable
  • Experience with SAP an asset
  • Professional accomplishments that reflect self-motivation and initiative
  • Strong proficiency with MS products, specifically: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook required
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills required
  • Ability to multi-task is essential
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills required
  • Must be self-motivated, punctual with demonstrated professional maturity
