What You'll Be Doing

As the face of our practice, you'll:

  • Welcome patients with warmth and professionalism, creating a standout in-clinic experience
  • Assist patients in choosing stylish, functional eyewear based on their vision needs and personal style
  • Educate patients on lenses and product options—no experience required, we train you
  • Coordinate with our optometrists to ensure prescriptions and patient needs are fully understood
  • Verify insurance coverage and process claims accurately
  • Help with frame adjustments, repairs, and quality checks
  • Keep the clinic clean, organized, and beautifully merchandised

  • Open to learning the optical side of things—we'll train you from the ground up
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable using point-of-sale systems, email, and patient management software
  • Interest in social media/marketing is a bonus

Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
