Job Description

Colour is What We Do When you join Dulux Paints, you join Canada's leader in decorative paints. We are seeking a customer focused part-time Store Associate to join our diverse team. This position will primarily cover the afternoon shift with the store closing at 6 PM

What you will do: As a full-time Store Associate, you will provide care to our DIY customers and contractors on products and applications. You will provide hands on support with tinting, mixing and colour matching. You'll take orders, as well as ship and receive products. You will handle paint all day, from quarts to gallons and to 5 gallon pails, weighing up to 70lbs.

What you need to bring:

  • A high energy, positive attitude and a customer focused mindset
  • A teamwork mentality
  • Ability to distinguish the difference between colours
  • Ability to lift heavy pails of paint, using material handling equipment
  • Assist customers' needs in person and over the phone and advise solutions
  • Assist Store Manager with daily store operations, sales targets and goals
  • Ensure that sales transactions are completed via POS
  • Stock shelves and merchandising front of store
  • A high school diploma
