Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our retail team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing sales transactions, and maintaining store operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience

  • Manage sales transactions, handle cash and credit transactions, and operate the Clover machine

  • Maintain store operations, including:

  • Receiving and processing shipments

  • Folding, steaming, and merchandising products

  • Cleaning and maintaining the store's appearance

  • Restocking shelves and pulling products for customer orders

  • Manage inventory, including estimating product quantities and organizing products on the sales floor

  • Utilize Shopify platform to manage online orders and inventory

  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, standing for up to 8 hours and lifting up to 20 pounds

  • Demonstrate attention to detail, initiative, and problem-solving skills

  • Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner

  • Work a flexible schedule, including weekdays, Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays (5 days a week)

Requirements:

  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel

  • Fluent English language skills (C1 level)

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills

  • Ability to work in a team environment and adapt to changing situations

  • Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous retail experience

  • Knowledge of Shopify platform

  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and credit transactions

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00-$21.00 per hour
