We offer a competitive pay package starting between $38-$41 per hour based on skills and experience. The successful candidate is a leader who always works with safety in mind, and possesses strong communication and interpersonal skills. This is a permanent, full-time role responsible for the daily upkeep and maintenance of our automated manufacturing facility which includes conveyors, pneumatics, hydraulics, and automated and semi-automated packaging systems & palletizers. You will need knowledge of production equipment, lock out procedures & preventative maintenance.

The successful candidate will work rotating shifts (day and afternoon shifts) consistent with all maintenance personnel. In addition to maintenance activities, the Millwright will learn over time how to operate our fluid bed dryer as a backup operator. Forklift certification, working at heights training and experience with product packaging equipment and palletizers are assets.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of production equipment, lock-out procedures, conveyors, motors, and preventative maintenance systems.
  • Possess strong welding and fabrication skills.
  • Strong time management skills.
  • Physical ability to work both inside and outside, all seasons.
  • Excellent punctuality and attendance.
  • Forklift certification and working at heights training are assets.
