We offer a competitive pay package starting between $25-$35 per hour based on skills and experience. Industrial Millwright Apprentice:

Working closely with our Industrial Millwrights, this is a permanent full time apprenticeship role responsible for the daily upkeep and maintenance of our automated manufacturing facility which includes conveyors, pneumatics, hydraulics and automated and semi-automated packaging systems. The successful candidate will work rotating shifts (day and afternoon shifts) consistent with all maintenance personnel. In addition to maintenance activities, the Millwright Apprentice will learn over time how to operate our fluid bed dryer as a backup operator.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of production equipment, lock-out procedures, conveyors, motors, and preventative maintenance systems
  • Possess strong welding and fabrication skills
  • Strong time management skills
  • Physical ability to work both inside and outside, all seasons
  • Excellent punctuality and attendance
  • Forklift certification is an asset
