This role is all about speed, precision, and delivering a great experience for our customers. You'll handle the ins and outs of shipping and logistics while spotting ways to upsell cool add-ons that customers will love. Bonus: all upsells earn you commission—so your hustle pays off. What You'll Be Doing:

  • Keeping track of what's going in and out shipping, receiving, and inventory management - must have freight experience - professional knowledge and skills related to the movement and handling of goods, including logistics, shipping, and warehouse operations
  • Partnering with third-party logistics (3PL) providers to make sure deliveries are smooth and on time
  • Entering data and keeping shipment and inventory records clean and up to date
  • Working with our sales team to make logistics and sales work hand-in-hand
  • Suggesting improvements to help us work smarter, not harder
  • Solving customer shipping and delivery issues quickly (within 24 hours)
  • Supporting account managers and making sure clients are happy every step of the way
  • Recommending additional products and services to customers (upselling)—and earning commission for every successful add-on

Qualifications:

  • College diploma or Bachelor's degree (completed or currently in progress)
  • Experience in logistics, sales, or customer service is a plus—but not a dealbreaker
  • Strong computer skills and comfort with data entry
  • A growth mindset and a willingness to learn
