Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and results oriented Sales Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will focus on growing our client portfolio, managing key accounts, and driving revenue through strategic sales efforts for our freight forwarding. This position provides an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment while applying your skills in B2B sales, business development, and customer relationship management. The Sales Executive will be instrumental in representing our products and services, ensuring client satisfaction, and building lasting partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet company goals across multiple industries in freight forwarding.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and market analysis.
  • Manage and nurture existing client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Lead negotiations and close deals effectively while maintaining beneficial terms for the company.
  • Work with the marketing team to create and execute promotional strategies that increase brand awareness.
  • Use CRM systems such as Salesforce to monitor sales activities, analyze performance data, and forecast results.
  • Provide consultative sales support by understanding client requirements and offering tailored solutions.
  • Stay informed about industry developments, competitors, and market trends to identify potential opportunities.
  • Deliver excellent customer service by responding promptly and professionally to client inquiries.
  • Engage in business development initiatives to expand the company's presence in new markets or sectors.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Demonstrated success in sales, B2B sales, or technology sales, with a proven ability to meet or exceed targets.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship building skills with a focus on long term client partnerships.
  • Experience in account management and business development within freight forwarding is preferred.
  • Knowledge of marketing tools and strategies for lead generation and brand promotion.
  • Strong analytical abilities to interpret sales data and market insights for strategic decision-making.
  • Proficiency with freight forwarding or similar is highly desirable.
  • Experience in technical or solution based sales is an advantage.
  • Excellent customer service skills, demonstrating professionalism, responsiveness, and attention to detail.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $40,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
