Job Overview:

We are looking for a Dispatcher/Customer Service Representative to join our brokerage team. The ideal candidate will have customer service experience and strong communication skills. In this fast-paced environment, you will support shippers and carriers, ensuring seamless coordination across the supply chain.

Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat

Accurately enter load details and updates into the system

Provide shipment status updates and resolve any transportation or delivery concerns

Coordinate with carriers and internal teams to ensure on-time service

Analyze customer and shipment data to support service improvements

Communicate professionally with customers, carriers, and third-party logistics partners

Perform data entry tasks with accuracy and attention to detail

Requirements:

Previous experience in a dispatch or brokerage operations role preferred

Understanding of freight brokerage, logistics, and transportation processes

Comfortable using phone systems and managing high call volumes

Strong analytical abilities to review and interpret customer or shipment trends

Clear and professional communication skills with all stakeholders

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
