Job Description:

On behalf of our public sector client, Affinity is seeking a Business Analyst with proven experience in supporting large-scale pilot or proof-of-concept initiatives involving 200–500 participants. The ideal candidate will play a key role in facilitating participant engagement, ensuring smooth operational execution, and collaborating with internal teams and vendor partners throughout the pilot lifecycle.

Responsibilities:


• Providing hands-on support to participants throughout the pilot


• Gathering and analyzing feedback through surveys, interviews, and other methods


• Interpreting both qualitative and quantitative data to identify trends and insights


• Synthesizing findings into clear, actionable summary reports to inform decision-making and guide future implementations

Qualifications:


• Familiarity with AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot is highly valued, as this role involves leveraging technology to enhance analysis and productivity while maintaining a strong focus on information security and data integrity.


• This is a full-time position with a start date as soon as possible and end date March 31, 2026
