 Our client requires a senior level Business Analyst on contract with ability to work Hybrid in Calgary, AB. 

As the ideal candidate, you will be responsible for the following: 

Coordinator and facilitate as lead / Senior BA on a programCompile strong recommendations to progress program initiativesWork on value creation in the face of constraints, differing opinionsSupport a group of Project Managers and Product OwnersBe the expert in understanding strategic drivers to evaluate use casesCompiling and owning all program artifacts ie: roadmap, execution plan, risk registersSupport timely resolution of gaps, conflicts, risks, and issues that arise.Be collaborative and engagingServe as the day to day contact for the team on clarification of requirements and support

Qualifications:

University degree and or 10 plus years related experiencePMP, CBAP or other Business Analysis certificationMinimum of 5 years of BA and/or Project/Program Management experience organizing and coordinating multiple products under a common programDeep knowledge of business improvement tools and techniques including: roadmap development, process mapping, risk analysis, financial evaluation, and decision trackingExpert on developing targeted presentations for diverse audiences including executivesIntermediate knowledge of AI/ML product development and IIOT solutions.Experience in Agile methodologies and have worked in a co-located, cross-functional Scrum teamsKnowledge of software development lifecycle
