We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to support a range of technology-focused initiatives, including IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, software development, and enterprise data projects. This role contributes to high-impact, multi-stakeholder programs and requires a strategic thinker who excels at bridging business needs with technical delivery.

A Typical Day

  • Analyzing business needs and translating them into clear, actionable requirements
  • Documenting processes, workflows, and system interfaces using BPMN
  • Collaborating with business and technical teams to ensure alignment and clarify expectations
  • Developing key project artefacts such as requirements documents, use cases, and test plans
  • Supporting testing activities and validating deliverables against acceptance criteria

Successful Candidates Will Have

  • Valid Reliability Clearance and a solid background in senior-level business analysis
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience leading business analysis on complex, multi-stakeholder technology projects
  • Demonstrated expertise supporting IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, software, or data-focused initiatives
  • Strong capability in creating BA artefacts, modelling processes with BPMN, and improving workflows
  • Proven ability to bridge communication between business stakeholders and technical teams
