IT Business Analyst
to join its
Calgary
-based Hill Business Solutions team. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented and collaborative professional who thrives on solving problems, improving processes, and enabling data-driven decision-making across a dynamic organization.

The company oversees more than 9 million square feet of office, retail, and industrial properties throughout Western Canada, with offices in Regina, Calgary, Edmonton, and Winnipeg.

What You Will Do:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for systems, workflows, and reporting
  • Analyze current processes, identify improvement opportunities, and support future-state design
  • Support the implementation of key business projects including:
  • MRI Cloud and module rollouts
  • Workflow automation for budgeting, project tracking, and lease execution
  • Replacement of legacy tools and internal databases
  • Enhanced reporting and dashboards using Power BI
  • SharePoint auditing, governance, development and automations
  • Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT), training, and change management
  • Develop clear documentation, process maps, and support materials
  • Support IT functions including onboarding, offboarding, vendor management, hardware, software and development of IT policies, processes, and user training

What You Will Bring:

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst or in a similar role
  • Strong communication skills and ability to bridge business and technical teams
  • Experience with business applications, workflow tools, and reporting platforms (e.g., Microsoft 365, Power Platform, Power BI, Excel, Nintex)
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of property management or corporate services is an asset
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field
  • Experience with Microsoft Copilot and rolling out AI tools is an asset
