Overnight stays — sometimes at short notice — depending on vessel schedules and service needs. Offshore travel, including launch services up to 100 miles out and boarding via Jacob’s ladder. Working at heights (up to 60 feet) or in confined spaces, and exposure to varying weather conditions. About You A proactive problem solver with a can-do attitude and a strong commitment to delivering excellent customer service to our clients, known for reliability, adaptability, and professionalism. Diploma, degree, or equivalent experience in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or a related technical field — or willingness to train in marine systems Strong verbal and written communication skills in English Ability to learn and assist in troubleshooting marine electronic systems (including PCB-level diagnostics) Basic understanding of technical schematics and blueprints — with training support available Physically able to lift 20–25 kg, work at heights, and in confined spaces Comfortable working aboard ships, offshore platforms, and in varied weather conditions Willing to travel (approx. 30%), work weekends, and respond to short-notice assignments Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record If this sounds like it matches your experience and what you’d love to do, we can’t wait to hear from you And because we believe that diverse teams perform better, we’d especially love to hear from you if you’re from an under-represented demographic. What You Get in Return CA $63,000 - CA $75,000 pension and benefits Company vehicle International and dynamic working environment with a fully supportive team of professionals. Solid opportunities in an environment that encourages and recognizes excellent performance. About Us With over 100 years of history and expertise in navigation, we have established our self as a major global provider of navigation solutions, including radars, compass systems, steering systems, speed logs, integrated bridge and control systems.
