Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Warranty Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing warranty claims and ensuring that all necessary documentation is processed accurately and efficiently. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills, excellent customer service abilities, and proficiency in various software applications. This position is crucial in maintaining customer satisfaction and supporting the overall operations of our organization.
Responsibilities
- Process warranty claims by verifying eligibility and ensuring all required documentation is complete.
- Maintain accurate records of warranty claims and related correspondence.
- Communicate effectively with customers regarding their warranty inquiries and claims status.
- Utilize QuickBooks and Microsoft Office for data entry, filing, and documentation management.
- Provide clerical support including typing, proofreading, and organizing files.
- Manage multi-line phone systems to handle incoming calls with professionalism and courtesy.
- Assist with front desk duties as needed, ensuring a welcoming environment for clients and visitors.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve customer support services.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information in accordance with company policies.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in an administrative role or parts/service role, preferably within a automotive, powersports or RV dealership.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace, and other relevant software applications.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent typing skills with attention to detail for accurate data entry and documentation.
- Demonstrated customer service experience with effective phone etiquette.
- Familiarity with bookkeeping practices is a plus.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.

Pay: $42,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
