**About us**

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Customer Engagement**: Greet customers in a friendly manner and ascertain what each customer wants or needs. Answer queries regarding the store and its merchandise, including specifications, product comparisons, and pricing.
**Product Knowledge**: Develop and maintain a strong understanding of all products, services, and repair solutions offered. Educate customers on the benefits and features of our accessory range and repair services to encourage informed purchasing decisions.
**Sales Expertise**: Demonstrate products and show consumers how to maximize their features. Drive sales initiatives and achieve or exceed sales targets. Discuss warranties and replacement parts/services accurately to customers.
**Technical Assessment and Troubleshooting**: Perform basic on-the-spot diagnostic assessments and minor repairs (screen replacement, battery change, etc.). Guide customers through more complex repair or warranty services, coordinating with the technical team as necessary.
**Inventory Management**: Assist in managing accessory inventory, including counting stock, ordering, and restocking merchandise, and maintaining store visual standards. Help in loss prevention through proper sales procedures and inventory tracking.
**Service Administration**: Prepare accurate and timely documentation for repairs and services, including estimates, invoices, and receipts. Coordinate with suppliers and service providers for parts needed for repair.
**Quality Assurance**: Ensure all repairs meet or exceed quality standards. Follow up with customers to gauge their satisfaction and handle any post-repair/service issues.
**Continuous Learning**: Stay updated on the latest industry trends, devices, and accessories available in the market. Attend training and professional development sessions as required.
**Qualifications**:
- High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education in sales, electronics, or a related field is an asset.
- Previous retail sales or customer service experience preferred; knowledge in the mobile or electronics industry is a plus.
- Technical acumen with the ability to perform minor cellphone repairs; formal training in electronic repairs is advantageous.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an aptitude for understanding customer needs.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment and juggle multiple priorities.
- Proficient with basic administrative software and cash management principles.
- Commitment to continuous learning and improvement.

**Salary**: From $16.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
Supplemental pay types:
- Bonus pay
- Commission pay
