Sales Administrative Specialist

Our Steinbach location is currently looking for a Sales Administrative Specialist to fill a maternity leave with an expected start date in March. In this role, you will be supporting the sales department by providing sales administrative activities. This will include interaction with customers, collecting payments, administrative fees, customer deliveries, customer follow-up calls, selling financial packages and other related financial products. In addition, you will ensure accurate completion of sales paperwork both for the organization and the customer while also ensuring that when the equipment is sold, it is properly accounted for in the business system.

**Key accountabilities include**:
- Completing bills of sale for all turf and rec equipment,
- Review financing packages with customers,
- Identify potential opportunities to sell and give presentations on extended warranty and maintenance agreements, financing packages including life and disability insurance
- Create invoices and stock numbers,
- Open and close traffic logs,
- Manage customer deliveries with sales staff,
- Complete forms required by customers for licensing and registration,
- Handle demo and rental agreements,
- Ensure all necessary information is entered into the business system properly,
- Track customer follow-up calls
- Assist Sales Manager with inventory controls
**Required Skills**:
- Strong organization and time management skills
- Experience and familiarity with completing finance contracts
- Knowledge of and experience with financial terms, conditions, and processes
- 1-2 years’ experience in direct sales, and customer relationship management
- Intermediate level ability with Microsoft Office software suite
- Detail oriented and accurate with above average follow up and execution skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Flexible work schedule as some Saturday's may be required
- Ability to think outside the box
Required Experience
- High school completion
- Business Administration Diploma or equivalent - familiarity with financial products
