East Court Ford Lincoln Sales Limited is seeking a detail-oriented, organized, and experienced Warranty Administrator to join our high-performing service team. In this crucial role, you will manage and process warranty claims efficiently while ensuring compliance with manufacturer and dealership policies. This position is ideal for someone who thrives on accuracy, has a passion for the automotive industry, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, submit, and track all warranty claims to Ford and Lincoln in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Review repair orders for proper completion, accuracy, and compliance with manufacturer guidelines.
  • Liaise with technicians, service advisors, and management to verify claim details and resolve any discrepancies.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of manufacturer warranty policies, procedures, and bulletins.
  • Reconcile and follow up on all unpaid claims, ensuring prompt payment and minimal write-offs.
  • Maintain organized warranty records and documentation for auditing and reporting purposes.
  • Assist in processing goodwill and policy adjustments when required.
  • Provide support to the service team and assist with administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • 1+ year of warranty administration or automotive service advisor experience (Ford experience is a strong asset).
  • Working knowledge of dealership management systems (Reynolds & Reynolds).
  • Familiarity with Ford's warranty submission platforms and policies is preferred.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to interpret and apply technical information.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for coordinating with multiple departments.
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently under pressure.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $60,000.00-$85,000.00 per year
