Responsibilities

Generating Interest:
The telemarketer will initiate outbound calls to potential customers and prospects to create interest in the products or services offered by Specialty Gas Canada Inc.

Creating Opportunities:
The telemarketer will identify and qualify potential leads by engaging in conversations with prospects and understanding their needs and requirements.

Making Appointments:
The telemarketer will schedule appointments with interested prospects for further discussions or product demonstrations.

Producing Leads:
Their primary goal is to generate qualified leads that show genuine interest in the product/service and have the potential to convert into sales.

Providing Information:
The telemarketer will present information about the products or services, answer queries, and address potential customers' concerns.

Gathering Customer Feedback:
The telemarketer will collect feedback from customers, whether it's related to the products, services, or overall customer experience, and relay this information to the appropriate departments in the company.

Working Hours:

• Part-time role, 3 to 4 hours per day
• Days: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday
• Location: Ontario, Canada (Possibility of remote work)
