Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing innovative marketing strategies across various digital channels, including e-commerce platforms, social media, and email campaigns. This role offers an exciting opportunity to leverage skills in digital marketing, analytics, and content creation to drive brand awareness and sales growth. The Marketing Specialist will collaborate closely with product management and sales teams to optimize marketing initiatives and ensure alignment with company goals.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing campaigns utilizing SEO, Google Analytics, Google AdWords, Facebook Advertising, and email marketing tools.
  • Manage and optimize e-commerce platforms and WordPress websites, ensuring content is engaging, accurate, and SEO-friendly.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive insights to inform marketing strategies.
  • Create compelling visual content using Adobe Creative Suite for use across social media, email campaigns, and website updates.
  • Monitor campaign performance through analytics tools; analyze data to refine strategies and improve ROI.
  • Manage product listings, updates, and promotional activities within online stores and marketplaces.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to develop targeted marketing initiatives that support lead generation and conversion efforts.
  • Oversee social media accounts by planning content calendars, engaging with followers, and boosting posts through Facebook Advertising.
  • Assist in budgeting for marketing campaigns and track expenses to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Stay current with industry trends in digital marketing, SEO best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously enhance campaign effectiveness.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in digital marketing with a focus on e-commerce, SEO, Google Analytics, Google AdWords, and Facebook Advertising.
  • Strong understanding of product management principles within a digital environment.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) for content creation.
  • Familiarity with WordPress CMS, HTML coding basics, and email marketing platforms.
  • Excellent research skills to identify market opportunities and customer insights.
  • Ability to analyze data effectively using analytics tools to inform strategic decisions.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams effectively.
  • Experience managing budgets for marketing campaigns is preferred.

Pay: $40,600.63-$85,825.84 per year
