Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Marketing Specialist, based in Hamilton, ON. The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for conducting market research, developing and executing marketing strategies, and working closely with the sales team to support business growth. They will also manage communications with clients, ensure customer satisfaction, and contribute to the company's branding efforts. This role involves collaborating across departments to align marketing initiatives with organizational goals.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service to engage with clients and internal teams effectively.
  • Proficiency in Market Research and Marketing Strategy to identify opportunities and develop actionable plans.

  • Ability to work collaboratively and demonstrate problem-solving skills.
  • Previous experience in the security or service industry is an asset.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
