Organization: South Peace Soccer Association [ SPSA ]
Location: Dawson Creek, BC
Type: Contractor / Part-time / Seasonal [ hrs / week ]
Compensation: $25–$27/hr [ Depending on experience ]
Overview:
The SPSA Administrator supports the Board of Directors in managing day-to-day operations, registration, communication, scheduling, and financial coordination. This role is ideal for someone who's organized, proactive, and enjoys helping youth sports programs run smoothly.
Key Duties:
- Maintain association records, communications, and scheduling.
- Oversee player registration and payments via TeamSnap.
- Coordinate coaches, referees, and field bookings.
- Manage social media updates and community communication.
- Support bookkeeping, invoices, and purchasing under board approval.
Qualifications:
- Administrative or office coordination experience [ non-profit or sports preferred ].
- Strong computer, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
- Familiarity with TeamSnap and Associations is an asset.
Requirements:
- Valid Criminal Record Check [ Required prior to start ]
- $3 Million commercial general liability insurance
- Ability to comply with association policies
Schedule:
Flexible part-time hours, including occasional evenings / weekends during soccer season.
