Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Leasing Agent to lead leasing efforts across our multifamily residential portfolio. This role is ideal for a results-driven professional with a strong background in leasing, direct sales, and real estate transactions. You will be the face of our properties, responsible for driving occupancy, building relationships, and delivering a premium customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute leasing strategies to maximize occupancy and rental income.
  • Conduct property tours, respond to inquiries, and convert leads into leases.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and current tenants.
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to support promotional campaigns.
  • Prepare and manage lease agreements, ensuring compliance with legal and company standards.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor offerings to inform pricing and positioning.
  • Provide regular reporting and insights to the C-suite team.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in residential leasing or real estate sales.
  • Proven track record in direct sales and closing deals.
  • Strong understanding of real estate transactions and lease documentation.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with property management software and CRM tools is an asset.
  • Alberta real estate license or leasing certification preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $53,276.00-$80,000.00 per year
