NuEra Properties is seeking an experienced leasing agent to join our team and play a key roll in leasing our newest Calgary project. This individual will need to be a self-starter capable of managing a busy schedule and dealing with elevated tenant issues.

Job Responsibilities:
Meet with prospective tenants to show suites that fit their needs and budget.

Manage show suites, ensuring they are properly staged during office hours.

Review marketing material

Review and complete lease documents with customers

Complete move in and move out inspections

Monitor rental rates and the rental market. Recommend rent changes, incentives, or new policies based upon market conditions.

follow standard processes, procedures and protocols

Resolve tenant complaints in a timely fashion with a goal of driving tenant retention through a superior level of customer service.

Resolve issues that arise from tenants breaching their contract.

Monitor tenant accounts and ensure arrears are paid in a timely manner.

When required, coordinate after-hours emergencies, including being present on site.

Have a strong knowledge of the Residential Tenancy Act and ensure all communication with staff and tenants is in line with the Residential Tenancy Act.

Other duties as assigned
