Role Description
Are you passionate about B2B field marketing, high-impact engagement strategies, and creating experiences that truly resonate with professional clients?

Join our marketing team and play a key role in developing and executing innovative activation strategies designed to strengthen brand awareness, acquisition, and retention among our Pro customers.

As a
Marketing Specialist – Pro Activations & Engagement
, you'll act as a true orchestrator, collaborating closely with multiple internal teams and external partners to ensure flawless execution of marketing initiatives across all our B2B touchpoints.

Main Responsibilities

  • Activate the brand among Pro customers through integrated campaigns, events, promotions, and engaging experiential initiatives.
  • Understand the business needs of the categories under your responsibility and the specific requirements of each channel in order to build high-performing activation plans.
  • Analyze and optimize the Pro customer journey to maximize retention and drive new customer acquisition.
  • Contribute to the development and execution of multichannel marketing strategies, ensuring message consistency and relevance across every touchpoint.
  • Plan, coordinate, and manage events and promotional activities, ensuring the quality of the experience and the effectiveness of deployed actions.
  • Manage the activations budget, track expenses, and maximize the return on investment of initiatives.
  • Write clear and inspiring briefs for creative teams and marketing partners.
  • Monitor market trends, best practices, and competitive initiatives to provide proactive and innovative recommendations.
  • Measure and analyze campaign and activation results, sharing insights to continuously improve performance.

Skills And Qualifications We're Looking For

  • University degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in project coordination.
  • Passion for experiential marketing, brand activations, and omnichannel communication.
  • Strong project management and coordination skills, with the ability to lead multidisciplinary teams.
  • Analytical mindset and business acumen to turn data into actionable insights.
  • Creativity, curiosity, and the ability to propose new ideas that make an impact.
  • Excellent adaptability, able to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Bilingualism (French and English) both written and spoken (Frequent communications with internal/external partners and/or clients/employees outside of Québec)
