The Marketing Specialist will play an important role within the organization by being responsible for the design, implementation, and optimization of marketing strategies to promote our products and services. Your tasks will include conducting in-depth market research, analyzing consumer behavior, identifying target audiences, creating and managing marketing campaigns, managing social media platforms, optimizing site content web, monitoring and analyzing campaign performance, as well as collaborating with other departments such as sales and product development. You will also be involved in public relations and advertising efforts to increase awareness and brand image as well as stimulate sales. **Your responsibilities will be**: - Digital Media Management; - Manage and organize digital efforts, centralize and, make information easily - accessible; - Stay on top of digital marketing trends; - Collaboration and Communication; - Work effectively with other teams and particularly with sales; - Clearly communicate the concepts, why of marketing campaigns and results - to stakeholders; - CRM; - Manage and maintain a CRM; - Deploy marketing campaigns; - Good knowledge of Hubspot would be an asset; - Analysis and optimization; - Monitor and analyze visual content performance, making data-driven recommendations for optimization and improvement; - Brand consistency; - Maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials and businesses; **Qualifications** Your expertise, talents and training**: - Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position; - Knowledge with new digital marketing trends; - Knowledge with social media management tools; - Ability to manage multiple projects; - Exceptional organization, prioritization and time management skills; - Practical knowledge of HTML, CMS and the Microsoft & Google suites; - Strong communication skills, verbal and written (French and English). **Informations complémentaires** Advantages we offer you**: - Work in an established company with big ambitions; - Competitive salary & profit sharing opportunities; - Dynamic and entrepreneurial team where pushing the limits is an everyday affair; - Medical, dental, disability and life insurance plans; - Access to a Retirement Savings Plan with employer contribution; - Work opportunities in hybrid mode; - Telemedicine and reimbursement of allowance for physical activity; - Excellent opportunities for development and advancement and an interesting career plan.
