**Our expectations**:
Reporting to the Director, Pro Sales Support, the Manager, Pro Pricing will be responsible for developing pricing strategies and driving pricing initiatives to drive transactions, sales and profitability while taking into account the competitive and product specifics for the Contractor customer base.

**Your role**:

- Lead a team
- Ensure deadlines are met
- Act as a business partner to the marketing teams while being a facilitator to the Finance, Merchandising Pro and Pros support teams.
- Provide financial advice and recommendations, identify pricing risks and opportunities
- Analyze market price fluctuations and make recommendations
- Develop KVI (Key Value Item) strategies and rules
- Develop strategies and rules for various pricing programs including Pros, bulk buying programs, etc.
- Analyze and maintain pricing zones.

**The qualifications we are looking for**:

- 3+ years of experience in personnel management
- 5+ years of relevant pricing experience
- University degree in administration, finance or accounting. Possession of or working towards a CPA designation would be an asset;
- Strong analytical skills; Strong problem solving attitude
- Be action-oriented and able to solve problems quickly.
- Ability to interact in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Thorough knowledge of Excel.
- Demonstrate initiative and attention to detail;
- Work independently.
