**Job Summary**
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Content Marketing Specialist.

**Responsibilities**:

- Contribute to and develop effective marketing strategies for the products we distribute to our resellers.
- Translate content from English to French for both internal and external projects, ensuring relevance, consistency, and proper adaptation for each target market.
- Establish a quality control process for reviewing content in both French and English, ensuring the highest standards are met.
- Track and analyze data.
- Maintain and optimize B2B and B2C databases.
- Regularly review client websites to ensure they are using the most up-to-date resources available.
- Collaborate closely with suppliers and clients to ensure proper deployment of resources.

**Project Management and Coordination**:

- Coordinate and manage content projects in support of various internal teams at each stage (research, marketing, sales, creative, management, etc.).
- Stay current with industry trends and propose new content ideas for continuous improvement.

**Qualifications**:

- University degree (bachelor’s) in communications, marketing, or equivalent.
- Excellent command of both French and English (written and spoken).
- Experience in social media management for businesses.
- Knowledge of graphic design software is an asset.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools, techniques, and content management systems is an asset (WordPress, Google Analytics, SEO, HubSpot).

**Responsabilités**:

- Participer à l’élaboration de stratégies efficaces de mise en marché des produits distribués chez nos revendeurs.
- Rédiger et réviser le contenu des initiatives marketing (B2B/B2C) et des outils de communication de l’organisation (infolettres, courriels promotionnels, communiqués de presse, campagnes marketing, etc.).
- Traduire le contenu de l’anglais vers le français pour les projets internes et externes, afin de maintenir la pertinence, la cohérence et l’adaptation aux marchés cibles.
- Mettre en place un processus de contrôle qualité pour la révision du contenu en français et en anglais, en respectant les plus hauts standards.
- Effectuer le suivi et l’analyse des données.
- Maintenir et optimiser les bases de données B2B et B2C.
- Réviser régulièrement le contenu des sites web des clients pour s’assurer de l’utilisation des ressources les plus récentes.
- Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les fournisseurs et la clientèle pour assurer le déploiement adéquat des ressources.

**Volet gestion de projets et coordination**:

- Coordonner et gérer les projets de contenu en appui aux différentes équipes internes à chaque étape (recherche, marketing, ventes, création, direction, etc.).
- Rester à l’affût des tendances de l’industrie et proposer de nouvelles idées de contenu pour assurer un renouvellement constant.

**Qualifications**:

- Diplôme universitaire (baccalauréat) en communications, marketing ou équivalent.
- Excellente maîtrise du français et de l’anglais (écrit et oral).
- Expérience en gestion des médias sociaux pour les entreprises.
- Connaissance des logiciels de graphisme, un atout.
- Connaissance des outils de marketing numérique, des techniques et des systèmes de gestion de contenu, un atout (WordPress, Google Analytics, SEO, HubSpot).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $60,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
