WHAT WILL YOU DO?
- Gather and evaluate the financial data of lease applicants including their earnings, savings, spending patterns, and payment history.
- Review, process and make recommendations on Rental Applications.
- Follow up with field teams to address missing or additional information as part of the application approval process.
- Keep detailed records of approvals/declines and decisions in progress.
- Support internal teams with residential activity such as move-ins, renewals, transfers, and move-out functions.
- Review and reconcile resident lease data, information, and charges with their account and ledger entries.
- Create and provide spreadsheet report summaries for residential activity.
- Assist in improving operational systems, processes, and best practices.
- Provide administrative support to operations teams and projects.
- Consistently verify information to maintain data integrity and support efficient decision-making.
WHAT WILL YOU NEED?
- Must have intermediate-level knowledge of Excel, Word, and other MS Suite products.
- Self-directed with the ability to effectively manage your time and resources to ensure deadlines are met.
- Ability to work on evenings and weekends.
- Administrative Diploma or degree.
- 1-3 years' experience in an administrative role.
- Experience with rental applications is an asset.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
