We're looking for a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Care Representative (CCR) at our busy collision body shop in Concord (Vaughan), Ontario. This is an entry-level position — perfect for someone looking to break into the automotive repair industry with room to grow within the company.

If you're a quick learner with excellent communication skills, and have some familiarity with platforms like Mitchell, Audatex, Bodyshop Connect, we want to hear from you

An accounting background is a strong asset.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and assist customers in person, over the phone, and via email
  • Enter and update customer and vehicle information using shop management systems
  • Schedule appointments and coordinate with estimators and technicians
  • Keep customers informed on repair progress and timelines
  • Help with billing, insurance paperwork, and payment processing
  • Support day-to-day office tasks and data entry
  • Ensure a positive and professional customer experience throughout the repair process

Qualifications

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new systems and processes
  • Familiarity with Mitchell, Audatex, Bodyshop Connect, or MRC is a strong asset
  • Basic computer skills (email, data entry, Microsoft Office)
  • Accounting or administrative background is an asset
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Positive attitude and a team-player mindset
  • No prior auto body experience required — training will be provided
