We are seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our guests. In this role, you'll handle check-ins and check-outs, assist with guest inquiries, and ensure a smooth and welcoming front desk experience.
Key Responsibilities:Greet guests warmly and assist with check-in and check-out procedures
Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a professional manner
Provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions
Manage reservations, cancellations, and updates in the booking system
Handle guest concerns and ensure issues are resolved promptly
Maintain a neat and organized front desk and lobby area
Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to support daily operations
Competitive pay: $16-$18 per hour
Free accommodation for up to 6 weeks upon arrival
On-the-job training and skill development
Friendly, team-oriented work environment
Previous front desk or customer service experience preferred but not required
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to multitask and stay calm in a fast-paced environment
Basic computer skills and familiarity with booking systems is an asset
