Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Representative located in the Greater Winnipeg Metropolitan Area. The Sales Representative will engage with customers to understand their vehicle needs and guide them through the sales process. Responsibilities include maintaining product knowledge, developing and nurturing client relationships, achieving sales targets, and collaborating with the team to deliver outstanding customer service. The role also involves following up with potential and existing customers, maintaining records of sales activities, and staying up-to-date with industry trends and promotions.

Qualifications

  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and networking skills, with the ability to build relationships with diverse clients
  • Sales, negotiation, and customer service skills to meet and exceed sales goals effectively
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and basic computer skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities
  • Previous experience in automotive sales is preferred but not required
  • Possession of a valid driver's license
  • A passion for the automotive industry and a commitment to delivering an exceptional customer experience
