Sales Representative

Kognitive Sales Solutions is looking for energetic and goal-driven individuals with a passion for sales and customer engagement. As a **Financial Sales Representative**, you’ll represent one of Canada’s most recognized brands, promoting and educating customers about financial products in-store.
This role gives you the opportunity to **control your income** with a combination of a **competitive base salary and an attractive commission plan**, allowing you to maximize your weekly earnings.
**What You’ll Do**:
- Educate shoppers about the features and benefits of our client’s credit cards at in-store kiosks.
- Generate sales, increase brand awareness, and build enthusiasm for the product.
- Deliver outstanding customer service to ensure every interaction is positive.
- Use creative and engaging approaches to connect with customers and highlight product advantages.
- Foster strong professional relationships with store staff and management.
- Handle customer information responsibly and maintain confidentiality at all times.
**Compensation**:
- Base pay plus commission — your performance determines your potential earnings.
