Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Security Operations Manager to oversee and coordinate the security functions across our organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing security policies, managing security personnel, and ensuring the safety of all assets, personnel, and facilities. This leadership role requires a proactive approach to risk management, excellent communication skills, and a thorough understanding of security protocols and technologies. The Security Operations Manager will play a critical role in maintaining a secure environment aligned with organizational goals and compliance standards.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive security policies and procedures to safeguard company assets, personnel, and information.
  • Lead, train, and supervise security staff to ensure effective coverage and response capabilities across all sites.
  • Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities and recommend improvements.
  • Oversee the deployment and management of security systems including surveillance cameras, access controls, and alarm systems.
  • Coordinate with law enforcement agencies and emergency responders as needed during incidents or investigations.
  • Manage incident response efforts, including investigation, documentation, and reporting of security breaches or emergencies.
  • Monitor security operations through surveillance systems and real-time reporting tools to ensure ongoing safety compliance.
  • Stay informed on industry best practices, emerging threats, and technological advancements related to security management.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in security management or related roles within corporate or large-scale environments.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse teams effectively.
  • Excellent analytical skills for conducting risk assessments and developing mitigation strategies.
  • Knowledge of security systems, surveillance technology, access control protocols, and emergency response procedures.
  • Ability to develop clear policies and communicate effectively with staff at all levels.
  • Relevant certifications such as Certified Protection Professional (CPP) or Physical Security Professional (PSP) are preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a calm demeanor during high-pressure situations.
  • A background check is required; candidates must pass a comprehensive screening process prior to employment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $46,731.18-$55,731.18 per year
