As we continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced and dynamic Operations Manager to join our team.

**Job Overview**:
The Operations Manager will play a pivotal role in the management and coordination of our security operations. This individual will be responsible for maintaining client relationships, overseeing day-to-day operations, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality security services.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and coordinate daily security operations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs and concerns.
- Supervise and lead security personnel, ensuring they adhere to company policies and standards.
- Collaborate with the leadership team to develop and implement operational strategies.
- Conduct regular assessments of operational efficiency and suggest improvements.
- Oversee the recruitment, training, and development of security personnel.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
- Act as a point of contact for escalated issues and emergencies.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in security operations management.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Knowledge of security industry regulations and best practices.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on operational efficiency.
- Relevant certifications in security management would be an asset.

**Salary**: $48,490.67-$120,681.24 per year
