pour un remplacement de
congé de maternité
(d'une durée d'environ 12 mois).

PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILITÉS

Production et diffusion de contenu

  • Participer à la création, la rédaction et la diffusion de contenu sur différents canaux : réseaux sociaux, sites web, infolettres, SharePoint, communiqués de presse et campagnes promotionnelles.
  • Mettre à jour et maintenir les sites web et réseaux sociaux de
    FOLKS
    et
    Square One
    .
  • Soutenir le déploiement de campagnes promotionnelles numériques.
  • Effectuer une veille médiatique afin d'identifier les nouvelles et tendances pertinentes.
  • Collaborer à l'organisation de campagnes internes favorisant l'engagement des équipes (ex. concours photo).
  • Partager du contenu externe à l'interne (via Viva Engage) pour renforcer la culture d'entreprise.
  • Contribuer à l'optimisation SEO des sites

Langue, relecture et cohérence de la marque

  • Traduire les communications internes et externes en
    français

    espagnol
    avec justesse et clarté.
  • Relire les communications et assurer la cohérence du ton, du style et de la voix de la marque sur l'ensemble des supports.

Soutien administratif et coordination

  • Offrir un soutien administratif à l'équipe : gestion de la boîte courriel partagée, suivi des partenariats, distribution de matériel et coordination des demandes internes.
  • Préparer les outils de communication et le matériel de soutien pour les projets

  • Contribuer à la mise en œuvre d'initiatives de marketing, de communication et de relations publiques visant à accroître la visibilité de

QUALIFICATIONS REQUISES

  • Baccalauréat en communications, relations publiques, marketing ou domaine connexe.
  • Excellente maîtrise du

    anglais

  • Excellentes compétences rédactionnelles et capacité d'adapter le ton et le style selon le contexte.
  • Maîtrise de l'

The Communications and Marketing Coordinator supports the team in executing a variety of marketing and communication initiatives. Responsibilities may evolve based on the company's needs.

This is a
temporary position
to cover a
maternity leave
(approximately 12 months).

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Content Production and Distribution

  • Contribute to the creation and distribution of content across various channels, including social media, websites, newsletters, SharePoint, press releases, and promotional campaigns.
  • Update and maintain
    FOLKS
    and
    Square One's
    websites and social media platforms.
  • Support the rollout of digital and social media promotional campaigns.
  • Conduct regular media monitoring to identify relevant news, trends, and opportunities.
  • Assist in organizing internal engagement campaigns (e.g., photo contests).
  • Share external content internally (via Viva Engage) to help strengthen company culture.

Language, Editing, and Brand Consistency

  • Translate internal and external communications into
    French

    , ensuring accuracy and clarity.
  • Proofread all communications and ensure consistency in tone, style, and brand voice across all materials.

Administrative and Coordination Support

  • Provide administrative support to the team, including managing the shared inbox, tracking partnerships, distributing materials, and coordinating internal requests.
  • Assist in preparing communication tools and supporting materials for

    projects.

Marketing and Communication Strategy

  • Support the implementation of marketing, communication, and public relations initiatives to enhance the visibility of

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in
    Communications

    Public Relations
    ,
    Marketing
    , or a related field.
  • Excellent proficiency in
    French

  • Strong writing skills with the ability to adapt tone and style to different contexts.
  • Fluency in
