Senior Marketing Coordinator – Start Immediately

MEF Design is looking for a
creative, proactive Senior Marketing Coordinator
to lead marketing initiatives across all our brands in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

What You'll Do

As Senior Marketing Coordinator, you'll take ownership of marketing initiatives for all brands (main focus on Modern Event Furniture) and support the sales team with materials and campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Strategy & Campaigns

  • Develop, implement, and manage marketing strategies across multiple brands
  • Plan, execute, and monitor promotional campaigns (digital, print, events, PR)
  • Collaborate with product development to define marketing materials and programs
  • Manage social media presence and lead generation campaigns, tracking effectiveness
  • Maintain internal and external communications to ensure alignment with marketing goals

Design & Content Creation

  • Create marketing materials, presentations, and collateral (Canva experience preferred)
  • Ensure brand consistency across all platforms and campaigns
  • Content creation for social media, website, and promotional campaigns

Sales Support

  • Provide the sales team with tools, materials, and presentations to help achieve targets
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to support campaigns and product launches

Who You Are

  • 5+ years in marketing with hands-on campaign experience
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and able to handle multiple projects independently
  • Strong organizational skills and detail-oriented
  • Excellent communicator in English (French is a plus)
  • Creative mindset with experience in digital marketing, social media, and content creation
  • Basic understanding of AI tools and applications with ideas on how to integrate them into daily tasks
