Are you a motivated, organized, and creative individual looking to kickstart your career in marketing and PR? We're looking for a Marketing & PR Coordinator to support our team in bringing the brand to life through influencer programs, social media, events, and campaigns in the fashion retail space.

What You'll Do
As a Marketing & PR Coordinator, you'll assist the Public Relations and Social Media teams with the day-to-day execution of campaigns and initiatives. You'll help keep projects on track—from influencer programs to affiliate marketing and cause-driven campaigns—while gaining hands-on experience in all areas of marketing and PR.

Key Responsibilities

Influencer & Social Media Support

• Assist with managing Penningtons' influencer program: communicate with influencers, coordinate product shipments, and track content delivery.

Public Relations Support

• Help plan and support events, coordinate PR photoshoots, and contribute to pitching seasonal trends to media outlets.

Administrative & Tracking Support

• Process and track invoices for PR and Social Media teams, ensuring accuracy and timely payment.

Affiliate & Cause Marketing

• Support affiliate program activities: onboarding partners, monitoring performance, and assisting with campaign optimization.

• Contribute to planning and executing cause marketing initiatives aligned with corporate social responsibility goals.

Qualifications

Who You Are

• University degree or diploma in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, or a related field
• Some experience in marketing, retail, or PR (internships welcome)
• Comfortable juggling multiple tasks and learning in a collaborative team environment
• Bilingual
• Enthusiastic about social media, influencer marketing, and fashion retail
