Your role

This position reports directly to the CEO. As the Communication & Marketing coordinator, you will be responsible for creating and implementing integrated marketing and communications strategies. You will play a key role in supporting the development and execution of marketing events and initiatives to drive brand awareness and lead engagement among our brokers networks.

What you bring to the position

· Post-secondary degree in marketing, communications or a related field.

· 2 - 3 years related experience in a corporate setting.

· Exceptional project management skills

· Collaborative team player

· Ability to support multiple priorities and tight deadlines.

· Strong customer-centric focus

· Ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels of an organization.

· Experience in planning and executing communications.

· Exceptional writing skills.

· Strong attention to detail.

· Experience in Google Suite, Microsoft products and WordPress

What you will do

· Work independently and collaboratively

· Plan, develop and execute marketing campaigns

· Maintain and develop Company website

· Manage social media engagement

· Identify and coordinate participation in industry trade shows and events.

· Maintain brand identity

· Responsible for budget accountability.
