Role Description

This is a 3 month, part-time hybrid role for a Social Media Marketing Intern. Majority of tasks will be done remotely, with occasional in-person meetings and on-site filming days (either in Toronto or GTA). The intern will be responsible for supporting social media marketing initiatives, creating social media content, online outreach, and contributing to overall marketing efforts. Key responsibilities include managing social media platforms, engaging with online communities, and supporting brand communication strategies.

In this role, you will be working directly with the me (Sujun :)) on each project. You will have several opportunities to express your ideas and creativity with the content we produce in-house, and for our clients. We want to push our creativity with each piece of content we put out, while also honing in on our strategy to accomplish our clients' goals. Important Details

  • This is an
    un-paid
    role, focused on someone wanting to gain hands-on experience in social media marketing who either a recent grad or currently a student
  • Work hours are 15 hours per week
  • Internship period is 3 months (
    Mid Feb to May 2026),
    with the possibility of an extension

Qualifications

Essentials

  • Willingness to learn is the most important
  • Passion for marketing and storytelling
  • Proactive approach to learning, creativity, and attention to detail
  • Strong Communication skills, including writing and interpersonal communication

Nice-to-have

  • Currently pursuing or completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • Experience in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Content Creation
  • Knowledge of Digital Marketing and general Marketing principles
  • Experience with social media tools, analytics, or design software is a plus
