We are expanding our digital presence and looking for a creative, detail-oriented
Social Media Intern
who is passionate about sustainable fashion, content creation, and community storytelling.

Job Description:

As the Social Media Intern, you will play a central role in shaping Clotho Studio's online presence. Your work will involve content creation, trend research, social scheduling, and platform management. This role is ideal for someone who loves experimenting with Reels, TikTok, Pinterest storytelling, and visual narratives rooted in culture and sustainability. You will work closely with our founding team and contribute directly to our brand's digital growth.

Responsibilities and Opportunities:

1. Social Media Content Creation

-Develop engaging Reels, TikToks, lifestyle content, product features, carousels, and stories.

-Craft editorial captions that highlight sustainability, craftsmanship, and designer stories. Repurpose content across platforms while maintaining consistent brand identity.

1. Content Scheduling & Analytics

-Build weekly/monthly content calendars for Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest.

-Schedule and manage posts using platforms such as Later, Sprout Social, or Meta Business Suite.

-Track analytics and share insights to help refine our social strategy.

1. Trend & Market Research

-Research global and South Asian fashion and cultural trends relevant to slow fashion.

-Identify emerging content formats and storytelling approaches on social platforms.

-Benchmark competitors and aspirational brands for insights and opportunities.

1. Community Engagement

-Assist with responding to comments, DMs, and audience engagement touchpoints.

-Support ideas and execution for community-driven social campaigns.

1. Email & Website Support

-Draft simple email marketing content when needed.

-Assist occasionally with updating website content, such as product or collection descriptions.

What You'll Bring:

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing or recently graduated in Marketing, Fashion, Communications, Sustainability Studies, or related fields.
• A passion for sustainability, ethical fashion, and making a positive impact
• Proficiency in short-form video creation (Reels, TikTok) and comfort being in front of the camera.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a knack for storytelling.
• Creative and innovative mindset, with the ability to think outside the box.
• Highly organized and able to juggle multiple projects at once.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, Adobe Creative Cloud, Project management platforms like Notion/Asana, Social media management platforms like Later/ Sprout Social and a keen interest in digital marketing tools and platforms.
