Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Administrative Assistant to support our finance and office operations. The ideal candidate will have experience with accounting software and bookkeeping processes, ensuring smooth financial management and administrative efficiency. Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain accounting records using software such as QuickBooks, Sage, or Xero
  • Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable processing
  • Perform account reconciliations, including bank reconciliations and account analysis
  • Support payroll processing and related documentation
  • Conduct bookkeeping tasks to ensure accurate financial data entry and reporting
  • Prepare financial reports and assist with budgeting activities
  • Organize and file financial documents, ensuring compliance with company policies
  • Provide general administrative support including scheduling, correspondence, and data entry
  • Collaborate with team members to improve office procedures and workflows

Requirements

  • Proven experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, or Xero
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles, bookkeeping, and payroll processes
  • Familiarity with accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliation, and account analysis
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Prior experience in administrative support or office management preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) or similar tools

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $20.00-$28.00 per hour
