Digital Video / Audio Producer- KiSS 92.5
This is your chance to be part of the number one morning radio show in Toronto and one of the biggest radio brands in Canada. This is a rare opportunity to join a world class team and an award-winning show, on one of the most exciting Top 40 Radio stations in North America.

What you'll do:
- Be in-studio and contribute to the live show daily.
- Help grow Roz and Mocha's digital video / audio footprint across all platforms.
- Help with video / audio production related to the needs of the Roz and Mocha show, including daily video content creation and audio uploading.
- Run reports on social insights and analytics.
- Work collaboratively with the team around creating new segment ideas, which will help improve Roz and Mocha's podcast consumption, and digital views and downloads.
- Ensuring audio for the syndicated show is delivered error free and with technical precision.
- Backfill technical production for the network show when needed.
- Supporting the show deliver all client integrations across digital platforms.
- Other duties as assigned that support building a greater listener experience and positively develop the Roz & Mocha Show brand.
What you'll bring:
- Experience with video and audio production (ideally podcasts/radio and producing strategic social media.)
- You'll need to have proficiency in using video and audio editing software.
- You enjoy working on large audio projects and have a highly organized work style that can understand the video and audio needs of the show and deliver on those.
- You'll understand how video and digital audio content can help drive audience to the radio show.
- Have passion in the craft of storytelling, and the ability to synthesize and condense stories into knock out video and audio packages.
- Live on-air experience behind the mic is desirable but not essential.
- Creativity drives this show, and this is a creative position. Daily video, news, game, and segments ideas are a must.
- A positive and optimistic outlook to the morning show environment. We have a "for the show" mentality and expect all team members to live into that mantra, regardless of their role.
- You'll be ready to go each morning in the studio while the show is live. It's fast paced, often chaotic, but nothing you can't handle.
