We're looking for an
Entry-Level Video Editor
to join our growing media team. You'll work directly under our lead creative editor, contributing to the daily production of video content for
TransCoastal Corp
.

edit high-quality investor-focused videos
, and help grow a fast-paced digital news brand.

What You'll Do:

  • Edit short-form vertical videos (30–60 seconds) for social platforms like YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, and Instagram.
  • Follow provided templates and brand guides to ensure consistent pacing, style, and tone.
  • Add sound design, stock footage, text animation, and visuals to align with existing formats.
  • Receive direct feedback and coaching from the lead editor.
  • Meet publishing deadlines with strong attention to visual and audio quality.

What We're Looking For:

  • Basic-to-intermediate video editing skills
    (Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut Pro).
  • Strong sense of pacing, visual flow, and storytelling.
  • Detail-oriented and responsive to creative direction.
  • Enthusiastic about visual media, communication, and learning new tools.
  • Open to
    all experience levels
    — whether you're self-taught, a film/media student, or just starting out — but you must provide
    some proof of experience
    (portfolio, demo reel, school project, or past freelance work).
